A lightweight desktop app that converts system-generated Excel files into the format a customer’s system needs — built in days as a deliberate stop-gap while the fully scoped version is developed, sustaining a significant and growing customer relationship. The data is ePHI, so the build came with the full journey: security and compliance briefs, a formal risk assessment, independent code review, and sign-off gates. PHI never leaves the machine; credentials are OS-encrypted; no AI at runtime. Field notes from the build.
Text a provider’s name and location to a phone number and get back the carriers that recognize them, drawn from network data received directly from the carriers. Reply with a carrier and get the networks where that doctor, hospital, or medical group is contracted. The SMS follow-up to an Apple Shortcut promoted on a CE webinar.
